How do I clean my kigos?
Clean dirty kigos by wiping with a damp cloth. Clean extra dirty kigos by hand washing with water only. kigos dry nicely in the sun.
Can my kigos get wet?
kigos can get wet, but are not designed to be frequently submerged.
Can I remove the kigo insoles?
Yes. kigo drive, flit and philly insoles are removable.
Where can I buy kigos?
kigos are available only at kigofootwear.com.
Can I order kigos if I live outside of the U.S.?
Yes. kigofootwear.com accepts and ships orders to anywhere in the world. All shipping and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If I want an item that is out of stock, what should I do?
kigos are made and released in small batches with new styles, colors and sizes announced through email, Facebook and Instagram!
What shipping method is used to send my kigos?
kigo ships all U.S. orders via USPS 1st Class Mail for orders up to 1lb and USPS Priority Mail for orders over 1lb. All international orders are shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail International.
How long does it take for my kigos to ship?
kigo processes orders within three (3) business days.
Where is my kigo order?
Once your kigos have been prepared for shipment, a confirmation and tracking number are emailed to the address provided during checkout. Please note that it may take a day(s) for the package to register in the USPS system depending on when the label is scanned at the post office.
U.S. orders typically arrive in an additional 1-5 business days while international orders typically arrive in an additional 10-25 business days, depending on the destination and receiving country's customs process.
