EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Unworn and unused kigo products in perfect condition and in original packaging, purchased at kigofootwear.com, can be exchanged or returned within 30 days from shipment. Please contact our customer care team at customerservice@kigofootwear.com with your name and order number for an Exchange | Return Form and complete details for processing your exchange or return.

Please note that all clearance purchases are final and not eligible for return or exchange. 

Shipping costs incurred by the customer in sending items back to kigo for an exchange or return are the responsibility of the customer and are nonrefundable.

Shipping costs incurred by kigo in sending an exchange back to a customer are the responsibility of kigo.

Exchanges are processed and shipped within seven (7) business days of being received by kigo.

Refunds for returns are processed within seven (7) business days of being received by kigo to the credit card used for purchase. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.

kigo does not accept hand deliveries, C.O.D. deliveries or items bought through other outlets.
