We know it can sometimes be challenging to shop online. kigo provides images, descriptions and footwear size guides for each item to help select the right choice the first time. kigo asks our shoppers to read the specs carefully, browse all images and use the printable footwear size guides. If there are unanswered questions please email our customer care team before purchasing at firstname.lastname@example.org.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Unworn and unused products in perfect condition and in original packaging, purchased at kigofootwear.com, can be exchanged or returned within 30 days from shipment. Please contact our customer care team at email@example.com with your name and order number for an Exchange | Return Authorization Form and complete details on processing your exchange or return.
Please note that all clearance purchases are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping costs incurred by the customer in sending items back to kigo for an exchange or return are the responsibility of the customer and are nonrefundable.
Shipping costs incurred by kigo in sending an exchange back to a customer are the responsibility of kigo.
Exchanges are processed and shipped within seven (7) business days of being received by our Exchange | Return Department.
Refunds for returns are processed within seven (7) business days of being received by our Exchange | Return Department to the credit card used for purchase. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
kigofootwear.com's Exchange | Return Department does not accept hand deliveries or kigo items bought through retail partners. Please exchange or return these items at the store where purchased. kigofootwear.com cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
